Account dataWhen you register, we collect your email address and any profile information you provide. Authentication is handled by Supabase and is subject to their privacy practices.Telemetry dataData submitted to the ingest API (latency measurements, node identifiers, timestamps, and associated metadata) is stored and processed to provide the Service.Usage dataWe may collect anonymised usage statistics (page views, feature interactions, error reports) to improve the Service. This data does not identify you personally.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your information to: (a) provide and maintain the Service; (b) send transactional emails (password resets, account notifications); (c) diagnose errors and improve reliability; (d) comply with legal obligations. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data with trusted service providers who assist in operating the Service (e.g., cloud infrastructure, error tracking), subject to confidentiality agreements. We may disclose information if required by law.

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Telemetry data is retained for up to 365 days by default (subject to your plan). You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), at-rest encryption for sensitive fields, and access controls. No system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
7. Cookies & Tracking
SentriNode uses session cookies required for authentication. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels. You may disable cookies in your browser, but this will prevent you from logging in.

9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
