By accessing or using SentriNode (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
SentriNode is a latency intelligence and network monitoring platform that collects, processes, and visualises telemetry data from distributed systems. The Service is provided “as-is” during its current beta period.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not share login credentials or permit unauthorised access to your account. You must notify us immediately of any suspected breach.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service to transmit malware or malicious payloads; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent rate limits or access controls; (c) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (d) resell or sublicense access without prior written consent.
By using the ingest API you grant SentriNode a licence to store and process submitted telemetry data in order to provide the Service. You retain ownership of your data. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
We aim for high availability but make no guarantee of uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, force-majeure events, or third-party infrastructure outages may cause downtime. SentriNode shall not be liable for losses arising from service interruptions.
All software, design, trademarks, and content comprising SentriNode are owned by SentriNode or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use SentriNode’s trademarks, logos, or brand assets without prior written consent.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SENTRINODE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of material changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SentriNode is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
